Nickelodeon GUTS is a 1994 videogame released for the SNES, based on Nickelodeon's most popular game show Nickelodeon Guts.

In November 1994 Nickelodeon released a video game based on the Nickelodeon GUTS game show for the Super NES. One or two players may compete in many of the events that debuted in the TV show, including the Aggro Crag. The game is based on the actual footage of the show and contains filmed contestants.[6][7] Nintendo Power praised the game's graphics, but criticized the poor control.

The gameplay varies by event. Events are chosen at random, but are mostly derived from the show itself. The controls are toned down or altered for the abilities of the SNES controller, however.

Other featuresEdit

Avatars are limited, and all players look identical save for the player's color. Contrary to the show, a 1-player "training mode" is provided along with a 2-player mode. The show usually featured 3-players, which would be impossible on the SNES. Mike O'Malley and Moira Quirk are absent from the game. Each player chooses one of three colors: blue, red, or purple.
